


Self Enrichment Programs
G.L.O.W. is a mentorship program serving girls ages 5 to 18, designed to foster
leadership, self-esteem, and resilience. Through our Five Pillars to Success, we provide
a holistic framework that supports personal development, family engagement, and
community involvement.

College & Career Treks
The annual Historically Black College and University Bus Tour exposes aspiring college students to the world of historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) in order to promote increased college attendance at these institutions of higher learning.


Digital Literacy & Design
• Weekly sessions facilitated by culturally responsive women mentors
• Digital storytelling and media creation
• Exposure to female professionals and entrepreneurs
• Field trips and guest speaker panels
• Capstone “Glow Up” project to showcase growth and learning


G.L.O.W. Summer Camp
These camps aim to provide enriching experiences, build confidence, and foster a sense of community through various activities. Some camps focus on specific areas like Black Studies, art, performance, or STEM, while others offer a broader range of activities like sports, outdoor adventures, and cultural exploration.
